This stage we would work on ad development, and creation. We would cover the following areas:
Campaign Types- Figuring out the end result you want, so that we can start with the right type of campaign. FB has over 10 different campaign types, not all will be right for a brick and mortar, but having an understanding of which ones you should use and what they can do is key
Image Selection – Pulling together the images and videos that you want to use, and testing different ones in different markets and placements to know what works
Copy- the words we use matter,,, some ad headlines grab people’s attention and stop the scroll, some don’t! So we will work together on figuring out the best ad copy for your business. Relying heavily on testing to find what resonates.
Funnel Development- Making sure that your ad strategy has a full funnel is so important. I’ll help you figure out your top of funnel, (most likely the engagement and like campaigns you mentioned – but also video views and awareness campaigns might be a good option) your middle of funnel (where we retarget people who have shown an interest, and bottom of funnel (sometimes an offer, promotion, or event)

This stage can be the most exciting, but also the most demanding. In the first fews days - week after launching your ads, we find out if our assumptions and plans are hitting their targets or missing the mark:
Strategy Evaluation- Where are things happening on plan, and where do we need re-direction.
FB Performance Evaluation - Is the FB Algorythm working for us or against us? Where can we give FB more wiggle room and where do we need to take back more control?
Audience Traction - Deciding whether or not we are targeting the correct audience, are they taking the actions we want them to take and at the speed we expected.
Creeative Evaluation - Is the message resonating. Is the CTA eliciting the response. -
This stage we would launch ads and monitor their performance, test different options, optimize them as they run. We would cover the following areas:
Monitoring - What do all those numbers mean and how can we tell if an ad is successful? I’ll show you where to go for all the data, what numbers to look for.
Testing - We will test images, videos, headlines, copy, placement, etc. In order to find the right combination of campaign, audiences, and ads to provide you with the most succesful funnel.
Optimizing - Make changes to get better perfomance out of successful and and see what changes we can make to under performing ads.
Scaling - Increaseing budget, and impressions - but only AFTER we have proven success. We can figure out where the threshold is for your business. Then we look at pushing that threshold to get you a higher ROAS.
Pivoting - Sometimes things dont work. We might know why, we might not. But pivoting has to be part of our conversation when we are not seeing the results we want.
Reporting - I provide weekly reporting on our KPIs, and the metrics that mean the most to you and your business. And NO VANITY METRICS HERE — If the numbers dont matter to your bottom line, they dont matter to you.Future Planning- Now that we know what works and what doesn’t work we can plan for future ads. Whether you want to constantly be running ads, or pick them up sporadically we can flush out all the options and when to use which campaigns.
